All balloons inflated with helium and come attached with curling ribbons. Weight included for foil balloon bouquet while weights for latex balloons are an optional add on.
Take note that 12" helium latex balloons do not last overnight (about 10-12 hours).
Delivery or self collection on the actual event day is recommended.
