DELIVERY

  • How much is delivery fee?

There are 2 types of delivery options. Courier or Door Delivery

Courier is at $4.90. 2-3 working days delivery (i.e excluding weekends, public holidays and day of order). Date and time specific option is not available. This delivery mode is not for inflated balloons

There are 2 options for door delivery:

1) 3 hours range time slots $12.90 (9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm, 3pm-5.30pm)

2) Time Specific Time slots $24.90.

Note: *All Sentosa deliveries are $19.90 and our standard delivery time is between 9am-5.30pm. Please enquire with us on delivery rate for non-standard delivery timings.

  • What is the difference between courier & door delivery?

Courier delivery is for any items that does not include inflated balloons. Courier delivery comes with tracking number. Any orders that include inflated / helium balloons will have to choose door delivery. Date and time specific delivery option is not available for courier delivery whereas for door delivery you can select the date and time available.

  • How long does courier delivery take?

Singapore (local) delivery is 2-3 working days i.e excluding weekends, public holidays and day of order. Delivery is made between 9am-10pm. Date and time specific delivery option is not available for courier delivery.

Note: During major festive seasons / campaign days e.g Double 11.11, Black Friday sales where there's an influx of orders, courier delivery lead time may be extended.

  • Choosing door delivery dates & timing

You will be able to select the delivery date and available timing during checkout. Select "Door Delivery", enter delivery postal code & the delivery calendar will be shown. Choose the desired date and select the preferred time slot. For time specific delivery, please indicate the time in the message box during checkout.


Note: Unavailable dates and slots will be blocked out and customers will not be able to select. For non-standard delivery timings (outside 9am-5.30pm), please contact us to enquire.

Please arrange delivery for helium latex balloons to be delivered on the day of use and not earlier.

  • Do you do same day delivery?

Yes we can do same day delivery subjected to availability. Please enquire with us should you have an urgent order. Let us know the delivery location, timing required and what items do you wish to order, we will let you know if we can take the order and the delivery fee.

  • Can I request for delivery a day earlier before my party?

It depends on what items your order includes. If your order includes helium inflated latex balloons, we do not recommend delivering your order earlier. This is because latex balloons usually lasts between 10-12 hours and will not last till next day. In such cases, please request for delivery only on the day of actual use of balloons to keep balloons in optimum condition.

If you are unsure, please chat with us so that we can check on your order.

  • How early can I place an order?

You can place an order up to 90 days in advance for door delivery or self collection at our store. Delivery is subjected to slots availability so do place your order earlier to confirm a booking.

  • When must I place an order?

For door delivery, our cut off time for next day delivery is usually 5pm the previous day. Delivery dates are open for selection up to 90 days in advance. Slots are subjected to availability and will be closed for selection once fully booked.
For courier, delivery is usually 2-3 working days so please plan ahead.

Note: Exception will be for items where an advanced order of 5-7 working days is required. This advance order requirement will be indicated in the product itself.

  • Can I add on items to an order?

You can add on items as long as the order is not shipped or dispatched on route to delivery location.


You can proceed with online order and choose "Store Pickup" during checkout so that the shipping fee reflects $0. Please indicate in the comments box to deliver the items together with your previous order. You can also message us after the order to drop us a notification about the add on order.

COLLECTION

  • Can I walk in to purchase at store?

We are an online store and currently don't do walk in physical purchases. All orders have to be submitted online with the option for delivery or self collection.

  • Where is the collection address?

Collection of orders can be done at our office at Tong Lee Building, Blk B, 37 Kallang Pudding Rd, #04-03, Singapore 349315. Choose Store Pickup during checkout and you will be able to select the date and time for collection.

  • What are your collection timings?

During checkout, select "Store Pickup". You will be able to see the collection date and time available. Our earliest collection timing usually starts at 9.30am.

Note: If your order includes helium latex balloons, please arrange for collection on the same day of use.

  • I have an urgent order. Can I go for same day collection?

If you require an urgent same day collection, please let us know the items you would like to order and we will advise if we can fulfil the order.
Most items except customised items that require an advance order can be collected on the same day within working hours as long as it is in stock.

  • Can I arrange a courier to pick up my order?

Yes you can use grab express or lalamove to collect your order within our working hours. They will have to let us know the order number and name the order is under when collecting.

  • Can I add on items to my order?

You can placed a new separate order and choose "Store Pickup" with the same collection date and timing.

  • How many balloons can fit into my car for self collection?

For a normal 1.6cc car, the empty back seats can fit about 20-25 latex balloons or mylar balloons 20-25 pieces. For big balloons like giant airwalker, you will require at least a mpv vehicle. If you are unsure, feel free to check with us. 

BALLOONS

  • Can I add balloons to a balloon bouquet?

Yes you can add on additional balloons as ala carte order and indicate in the comments box during checkout to tie the balloons to your existing bouquet. Please be as specific as possible if you have a few arrangements in mind.

  • Is it necessary to inflate balloons with helium? Will normal air do? Can we use a normal air pump?

Helium is necessary if you require the balloons to float. You can use air to inflate as long as you do not need the balloons to float. However please note that certain small balloons will not float even with helium. This is due to the small size resulting in insufficient helium capacity to cause it float. Example: 5in size latex and 16in foil numbers or letters.

  • How long can the helium balloons last?

Latex helium balloons usually last about 10-12 hours while foil balloons can last for few days or longer depending on individual balloons and weather. Therefore, it is best to collect your balloons on the day of use. We will not be responsible for customers balloons once it is collected and checked to be in good condition.

  • Do you provide helium inflation services?

No we do not provide service to inflate customer’s balloons.

  • Do you decorate our party venue with the items and balloons purchased?

We do not provide decoration services for any items purchased at the moment. Our delivery staff are not able to assist with any decoration services and will only provide door to door delivery.

  • How many balloons can fit into my car for self collection?

  • Can you take manual order?

If you need help with ordering, please message us and screenshot or let us know the items you wish to order. For collection, please indicate the date and time. For delivery, please indicate the date, party time and delivery address.

Payment will be via paynow or paylah for manual orders.

  • Can I add on items to my order?

You can add on items as long as the order is not shipped or dispatched on route to delivery location.

You can proceed with online order and choose Store Pickup during checkout so that the shipping fee reflects $0. Please indicate in the comments box to deliver the items together with your previous order.

  • How can I amend my order?

You can add on or remove items as long as your order is not shipped or dispatched on route to delivery location. For customised items, you can make amendments if the order is not processed for printing or printed.
Please contact us if you had made a mistake / spelling errors for customised items or wish to remove items.
To add on items, please follow our instructions above under "How can I add on items to my order?".

  • What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order email.

For courier delivery, once your order is shipped we will send you another email along with the tracking number and link to track your order.

For door delivery or self collection, we will drop you a message via Whatsapp / sms / email upon confirmation.

  • Do you do e-invoice via Vendors@Gov?

Yes we've worked with numerous schools etc for e-invoicing requirements. Please message us for more information.

  • I have an issue with my order

Please contact us and let us know what is the issue you are facing. For delivery, if you had an issue with the inflated balloons please contact us immediately upon receiving and send us a photo of the balloons. We will respond to you as soon as we can.
