Delivery Options Available

Upon checkout, customers may choose Local Courier, Door Delivery or Self-collection

 

Local Courier (Singapore)

• $4.50 with tracking number.
• 2-3 working days delivery i.e excluding weekends, public holidays and day of order. Delivery is made between 9am-10pm.
• This delivery option is not for inflated balloons. Date or Time specific delivery option is not available.
• During major festive seasons / campaign days e.g Double 11.11, Black Friday sales where there's an influx of orders, courier delivery lead time may be extended.

Door/Van Delivery

• Please choose this option if you have inflated balloons in your shopping cart.
• If you need any items in your shopping cart at different delivery dates, please submit as separate orders.
• You are able to choose a delivery date during checkout and our staff will contact you by phone/ message/ email to confirm delivery timings. 
• Standard Delivery timings $18.90 is offered as a 3 hour time range (9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm, 3pm-5.30pm). Delivery will be any time within the 3-hour range chosen.
• Time Specific Delivery is $25.90. Customers may choose a specific time for delivery with 30mins allowance. E.g 10 am delivery may be delivered between +/- 30mins to allow for unforeseen traffic conditions etc.
• $25.90 for all Sentosa/ Changi Airport deliveries.
• For express delivery (same day within normal working hours), delivery charges range from $25.90 to $35 subject to availability. Please enquire with customer service before ordering.
• Restrictions to certain delivery areas are applicable. Delivery to hospitals is only available to drop-off point/taxi stands. Delivery to Marina Bay Sands is only to the drop-off point/taxi stand. Customers will have to pick up items from delivery at these meeting points. All other hotel deliveries will be sent to the concierge or restaurants in the hotel.

Note:
All door delivery orders are subjected to schedule availability. We are able to deliver your items any time between 9am to 5.30pm daily. We would advise delivery an hour prior to the start of your party for helium-filled latex balloons. For deliveries outside this timing, such deliveries will be subjected to our agreement and the delivery fee will be $35 onwards depending on the time required and this will be informed to the customer before order confirmation.

We do not do deliveries to the Tuas area/ Jurong Island / Changi Airport.

We reserve the right to reject any orders should we be unable to fulfil the door delivery. Any orders paid will be refunded under such circumstances.

Self Collection

• No shipping charges apply
• Cutoff Time for next day collection is 5pm. Our staff will message, call or email you to confirm that the items are ready for pick up.
• If you have an urgent request, please contact us to enquire.
• Do bring along a screenshot of your order or quote us your order number when picking up.
• Please adhere to our opening hours for collection.
