Refund policy

1. No refunds will be made.

2. Exchanges gladly accepted within 7 days of purchase.

3. All exchanges must be made together with Kidz Party Store’s receipt or online invoice.

4. All items up for exchange must be in new condition, unopened, unused and in originalΒ packaging.

5. All items purchased online may be exchanged atΒ our outlet subject to the outlet’s stockΒ availability.

6. Exchanges on seasonal items such as Christmas and Valentine’s Day may be returned up to 7Β days prior to the date of the holiday.

7. Non-Exchangeable / Non-refundable items include:

- Cosmetics, makeup, and face paint
- Custom and Personalized Items
- Helium Tanks & Inflated Balloons
- Life-sized standees
- Perishables (food items such as candies)
- Bulk Products
- Costumes
- Wigs

8. For helium balloons, once items are received in good condition, it is the customer's responsibility to keep them in good condition. If there are any errors or defects, we require customers to inform us immediately so that we can provide a resolution. If the customer is unable to reach us immediately, the customer is required to inform us within a reasonable time on the same day of delivery. Any claims of errors or defects after the delivery day of balloons will not be entertained.
