Balloons without helium are sold flat i.e not inflated.
Balloons inflated with helium comes attached with curling ribbons. Balloon weight optional add on.
Take note that our helium printed latex balloons usually last 15-20 hours respectively depending on the temperature and climate etc. Helium latex balloons will reduce in size over time. It is recommended to choose delivery or collection on the actual day of use/event.
